As young first home buyers we had NO idea what we were doing! The idea of debt, feeling uncomfortable and being inexperienced is very scary! Courtney was very easy going, approachable and straightforward making the progress less complicated, less frightening and less overwhelming. Even with all of the extensions and confusion on our behalf she made it easier to understand. Without her knowledge and empathy it would have been much harder and a lot more challenging. We appreciate your time, knowledge, dedication and the extra special gifts! Would recommend to anyone, especially those who are scared to take the new step!!
