My wife and I spent a long time shopping around for just the right agent and really deliberated on who was going to be the best person to sell our family home. So many agents felt like used car salesmen telling us that only they could get us top dollar and even went to insulting other agents in a way to make themselves look better. Richard remained professional at all times and felt more down to earth and trust worthy than the others and we are so glad that we chose him. Richard helped us though all aspects of selling our house and was always happy to answer the hundreds of questions I bombarded him with and would happy communicate in person, on the phone or via email so I knew that I could always get a hold of him. Richard gave us fantastic advise about staging our home and set realistic goals and we always felt we knew where we stood with him. Our house sold quickly and we do believe that Richard played a very large part in that. He was always approachable and was quick to inform us about anything regarding open inspections and remained transparent at all times. Richard was good to work with he tried to inform us of what was happening and when thinks were not moving along re sale he chased up the people to find out what there thought were on the property. Trying to sell a house while living interstate was extremely difficult. We had been trying to sell it for over 6 months with a previous agent before calling Richard on a recommendation from a family member. Richard has an amazing marketing strategy that is extremely effective and very affordable. Three weeks and one open inspection after signing on with Richard we had a contract that was $30,000 greater than any offer we had been presented by the previous agent. Even though we were interstate, Richard kept us in the loop and made us feel like we were just next door. Richard is trustworthy, responsible, reliable, hardworking, efficient and has excellent communication skills. Richard gave us good advice regarding pre-market preparation of the property. His marketing material and analysis tools were most comprehensive . He was extremely attentive to our needs and did whatever he could to assist the family He expended additional time and energy when there were some difficulties getting to settlement and put himself out to assist the family and to ensure that the purchaser was kept informed during delays. The delays were of a legal nature and in no way related to any Agency issues. His professionalism was unquestionable. Nothing was too much trouble for Richard to assist us in securing the sale for the family.
