We had seen Richard's sales work on 2 houses in our street & after talking to Richard, he had a lot of local knowledge,so we decided to put our trust in him.We were still wary as we've dealt with 2 agents in the past,but we can't praise Richard enough,he's pleasant,a pleasure to speak too,he has made the sale of our house a very pleasant experience. Richard was excellent. He followed through on everything he said. He went totally above and beyond when t came to selling our house, firstly offering to help us with a private sale which would have not made much commission for him and then when we had issues with council approval he worked tirelessly and contacted numerous people to get the result we needed. I would recommend him to anyone!

OK the first thing is.................... car salesmen , lawyers, and real estate agents in my book were all tared with the same brush, the bullshit brush. Richard recently sold one of my propitiates in tea tree gully ,a standard courtyard on a sub divided block, i got richard by default as this particular property was managed by the company he worked for . it made sense to get them to sell it . i met richard , negotiated his commision , left his office feeling that i hadnt had my pants pulled down , he then sold the house in a few days, unfortunatly the sale cooled off no fault of dicks. not detered he didnt miss a beat ,poisitive and boyant he sold it a little later, in a cooling market period he was not only straight up and down through out the whole process , he was a good bloke . would i employ his services again...YES , do i still think that motley bunch are all tared with the same brush.... YES !!! fortuantly i think richard is a rare find ,a needle in a hay stack , you owe me a beer for that mate ha ha seriously thanks
