Overview of Mawson Lakes, SA, 5095

Over the past year, their upfront transparency, efficient advertising and tenant placement, consistently clear communication, and thorough screening have resulted in a reliable tenant who maintains the property well and pays rent on time, making the entire management process seamless and highly professional

Tanya and Janice manage 3 of my properties (all in SA). They know their stuff, are professional, and you can be absolutely sure that they will represent your interests as a landlord, as well as ensuring that tenants are on top of their responsibilities. On a couple of occasions over the years, the team has successfully enforced the tenancy laws against recalcitrant tenants. As the principal property manager, I have been working with Tanya for nearly 15 years, and I wouldn't have it any other way!
