1840 have managed our property for a number of years now. Both Karl and Celeste have gone about their business in a very professional manner. They have been attentive to our needs when needed at our property and have followed up in a prompt manner. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable which helps. We also feel that because they are not a huge business in SA they provide a more thorough and detailed service which is what we like.

Karl & Celeste came to our rescue in 2017 after disastrous attempt at self managing our own rental properties! They've consistently found quality tenants; communicated clearly about maintenance, lease & management matters and ALWAYS return calls, emails and texts. Their reporting and inspections are detailed and accurate and they follow up if we overlook anything. They have solutions based thinking and a CAN DO approach which makes everything so easy to resolve. Behind their light hearted humour, casual & friendly approach is some serious intelligence, proven experience and quality management. They genuinely care and give time even when they have none to spare. Only complaint is being SA based they're not managing our properties in other states & Territories, although also see this as a strength as they recognise limitations & maintain capacity to personally oversee. They are brilliant and cannot recommend them highly enough.
