Rod was a pleasure to deal with. He was either immediately available to take my calls or he called back promptly. His ability to be available when needed was most appreciated. He has an excellent knowledge of the market. Our 2 transactions were very complicated & Rod worked hard to ensure that we were able to overcome the complications & to conclude both sales in record time. Most importantly, we were able to sell & buy simultaneously which enabled us to acquire the apartment we had set our hearts on.

1st City Real Estate Group came recommended to me and I really cannot fault their dealings with me. Rod was the main agent I dealt with, he was professional, thorough and efficient. I really appreciated the difficult circumstances of dealing with me in a different time zone, this never seemed to be a problem, handling any issues well into the evening to be able to communicate with me and solve a problem. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone needing to sell their property. Overall the company appear to be experienced and accomplished in their field.
