We also felt he genuinely loved the property and treated it with as much care as if it was his own. Our sales process, with all it entailed, along with preparation, marketing and final negotiations, was always conducted with openness, attention to detail and total commitment to achieving the best results. Sean made himself available at any time for any queries, suggestions, updates. He was never rushed, never hassled and always took the time to make sure he was in good communication with us. From the initial meeting with Sean to the sale of our property - seven weeks in all - we saw him and the 1st City team achieve benchmark sales results with several properties in the area. I highly regard and recommend Sean Jacobson and his colleagues Cedric Lau and Rod Fox of 1st City Real Estate. From the time they first approached us to sell our property, their professionalism, knowledge and expertise matched their enthusiasm throughout the sale process. Sean Jacobson's efforts in dealings with prospective purchasers and ourselves during the period were exceptional; he constantly 'went the extra mile', with the same enthusiasm he displayed at the commencement of the process. Sean and his team were there, offering assistance and/or advice right up until settlement date. I recall we phoned the office for assistance late on a Friday afternoon because our cleaner had let us down and not arrived for the final clean of our property before the pre-settlement inspection. We spoke with Cedric Lau who then phoned us back within 10 minutes; he had arranged a cleaner for the next morning (and they did a fabulous job).
