She was firstly the managing agent for my property, doing a terrific job given I was out of the country. Obviously when it came to sell the property, Gai was my first choice and she did not disappoint. She found me a buyer within a week of listing at a very good price. When we listed our house we were prepared for the inevitable haggling over the price and a long marketing period. I asked Gai what she really thought our property would sell for and she said "list price". Sure enough, one week after the property was listed, she did just that and sold it for list price. I have nothing but praise for Gai's tireless work in helping us find good tenants, and, at last to help us sell our property at Battersby Street. Always there to answer a question, big or small. silly or smart. I know this is for Gai, but, also the rest of the team at 2nd Ave. namely Brendan, Brenda, Fiona and anyone else I have forgotten (my apologies), are as honest, dependable, again tireless, and have a heap of integrity to boot just as much as Gai.
