Gai is an excellent agent. She is very knowledgeable about the realestate market and trends. I have known her for about 10 years. She was firstly the managing agent for my property, doing a terrific job given I was out of the country. Obviously when it came to sell the property, Gai was my first choice and she did not disappoint. She found me a buyer within a week of listing at a very good price. She is a true professional at the top of her game. We need more like her.
