Nivin has been great
Nivin was always approachable, very much prompt in her actions. She kept us posted and always responded to all our questions. She spoke right to the point. Very professional and all her advices worked for us which shows her market knowledge is deep and strong. There was never a delay from her side, and she always understood our point of views. Cant think of a better agent.

Best property bought so far
I have bought many different properties in my life. So far, this was the best experience for they know how to deal with a buyer and they provided the requirements I needed for my house. I went to different brokers but were not able to provide me a property in the area I needed. I had really good experience dealing with them.

Fantastic experience
We are very pleased with working with Team Abi and Nivin from the date we gave the authority to sell our property till confirming its sale. This team assisted us by putting our property on the market in a more presentable way, charged us a reasonable sales commission, provided updates on all enquiries and offers from potential buyers, always responded to our call, SMS and emails (which are of high qualities of an agent) and amicably finalised the sale within 5 days of putting it on the market with a settlement period of 38 days. We would recommend Team Abi to anyone who would like to sell their properties as we are sure you will be well looked after.

A sales agent for life
We now have experienced both buying through Nivin and selling through her as well. The sales experience, especially during COVID was pretty good. Despite all what was going around us all and uncertainty of restrictions, Nivin was still able to find us a great buyer and ensured that the process went very smooth. She went above and beyond what was expected and helped with logistics not otherwise possible due to 5km restrictions. Nivin earns the trust of her clients and genuinely helps people with their buying and selling events.
