Excellent property and price knowledge for Burnside Heights and surrounding surburbs
Nivin is the best agent I dealt with up till now, she is very honest in her appraisal and is very hardworking. She sold my property in one week with her extreme knowledge of the market and house prices of Burnside and surrounding suburbs. Really appreciated all her help with some legal issues I had with this other real estate agency, she genuinely was worried about us and helped us in so many ways to help us sell our hard earned property. From experience I know there are some real estate agents who are scumbags and scammers, but 361 Agency stood by us to help us in any way they could, specially Nivin she’s a gentle and great agent who understands the real value of your hard earned property. If I have to sell any other of my property I know I’ll go back to Nivin. Thanks for all your hard work, much appreciated, cheers

Fab experience
Vikas was very quick to respond. From the minute I requested an inspection, he replied me within less than 1 hour of receiving the message and made arrangements for the inspection. He was polite, allowed us ample time to inspect the house and made recommendations as well for conveyancer. very efficient service! thanks vikas!

Very professional and prompt service at all times
