Tenacity and Drive
We had a tight deadline and high expectations for selling our home as we were moving interstate. We initially went with another agent and experienced some challenges along the way. Shawn consistently kept us front of mind and kept checking in to see how we were progressing. After explaining the unexpected challenges we had, Shawn freely shared how he would approach overcoming them and we were impressed. We made the switch and our home sold with Shawn shortly after for a price we were satisfied with that enabled us to achieve our move. Good Outcome and Good Experience
At the end of the day Luke managed to secure the sale price we had agreed before entering into an agreement with 4069 to sell our property. Luke was accommodating when we spoke and negotiated terms, specifically fee and I was more then happy with what we agreed. Even though we got there in the end I felt Luke was wanting to raise the white flag very early in the sale process "first offers are usually your best". Our first real serious offers were some $40k less then what we finally sold for, I got the impression Luke wanted to press on to the next sale however, he did listen to us and did not push us into taking an earlier offer. I was also happy with the extra services Luke can bring to the deal with his contacts within the housing industry who were able to help us out quickly and at a good price when we need work done on the property before final settlement. That I am great-full for.

Great Agent
Our dealings with Luke were all positive. I selected Luke (4069 Real Estate) to sell our house based on his professionalism, local and community knowledge, personality and smile. He was able to provide details of reputable tradesman at short notice and did not bombard us with sales pressure during the selling process. Excellent communication and support
All the team at 4069 have been great in helping us to sell our house whilst living overseas. They were very good in preparing the property for sale which we had been renting through them. The preparation of documents for sale and the communication through the sales period was tremendous. We couldn’t have hoped for better agents. Very trustworthy and professional company.
