I’ve had a really positive experience working with Demi as my Property Manager. She is professional, responsive and very easy to communicate with. What I really appreciate is how quickly she responds to my questions and follows up on anything that needs attention. She is very proactive and doesn’t simply wait to be asked — she often thinks ahead and takes the initiative to get things organised, which makes the whole process much easier for me as an owner. I’ve also been very happy with how she has handled the leasing process, including arranging advertising, following up with prospective tenants and organising open homes. She keeps me updated throughout the process, and her communication is always clear, timely and professional. I really appreciate how efficiently she gets things done and how she considers matters from the owner’s perspective. I feel that my property is being well looked after, and I’m very happy with the service Demi provides. I would definitely recommend Demi to other property owners.
