Great for First Time Renters
4one4 were excellent with helping us navigate renting for the first time ever. My housemates and I are all new to renting as University students and 4one4 have been excellent and understanding with all of our questions, becoming extremely detailed in their answers. Would recommend them to anyone looking to rent for the first time!!!

Went above and beyond all expectations and helped us out of a very tricky, time sensitive situation!
Bianca was friendly, enthusiastic and incredibly helpful from our first inspection to moving in day. She worked extra hard to help us move in earlier than anticipated despite her own heavy workload. We are so impressed by and appreciative of her efforts. Thankyou so much Bianca!🙏

Honest and Excellent Experience for our rental!
We are using 4one4 property Co and right from onset both Brooke and Bianca have been very honest, knowledgeable about the property and know the market very well. From providing price guidance, to explaining how the process works to securing a tenant in a week was an awesome experience! Bianca provided updates after every open home on attendances and interest and feedback from attendees. She promptly had organised quotes for whatever repairs were deemed necessary. Overall, I highly recommend them and am looking forward for a long term alliance with 4one4 for our IP in Hobart.

Thorough, honest and highly recommended
Demi was fantastic to work with throughout the leasing of our Claremont property. She was proactive and persistent from start to finish, running well over a dozen open homes and personally following up every enquiry. What I valued most was her communication. Every update was thorough and honest, and she always shared exactly what prospective tenants were saying, which meant I could make informed decisions on presentation and pricing rather than guessing. She also went well beyond simply listing the property. She identified what would make the biggest difference to how it presented, organised quotes, arranged access for a cleaner, and backed her advice with real market data and comparable listings so I could understand the reasoning behind every recommendation. Highly recommend Demi and the team at 4one4 Property Co.
