Problem solver and good communicator
Emmy has been exceptional in all interactions with us. There were instances where she had to go and secure quotes from other vendors to get property work done. Emmy made sure that she got us comparison quotes and also the best price by negotiating with vendors. She has also been great at following up with Tenants and ensured that tenants and we were comfortable with the work being done. Overall, Emmy has been extremely professional, polite and responsive to our questions :)

Outstanding Property Management and Leasing Experience
Georgia, Hannah and the team at 4One4 were excellent throughout the leasing process. They provided practical advice, communicated promptly, and were proactive from start to finish. Despite my property settlement being delayed for reasons outside everyone's control, they quickly adjusted the leasing plan, kept prospective tenants informed, and secured a quality tenant at a strong rental price shortly after settlement. They also coordinated the pre-settlement inspection, arranged access for the depreciation schedule, organised council bins, and kept me updated throughout the process. As an interstate investor, having a responsive and professional property management team is very important, and I have been very pleased with their service so far. I would happily recommend Georgia, Hannah and the 4One4 team.
