Martin can only be described as a marvel, or more embarrassing the energiser bunny, I thought I was keeping up only to find he was 2 steps ahead. Right from the start nothing was an issue. One of my major concerns was a very spoilt dog and how we would manage “Buddy” wanting to be part of the process. “No problems” said Martin, he would come and look after the beast and let the potential buyers look around. It was actually one of the reasons I had Martin as my agent. During my process he never said no to anyone looking through my home, if only during my process to find a new home other agents were so obliging. He went above and beyond and helped my son and I find another home. We will be forever grateful for his help and expertise in this fast paced housing market. Aaron brings much needed enthusiasm to the industry... he may be new but that does not stop him putting in the effort. He is honest and that is a hard to come by in today's market. He doesn't let anything stop him and even disappointing open homes did not deter him.

Martin sold our house in Montrose. He was hard working and kept us informed on the progress and potential buyers. I was in Darwin when the house sold and there was a lot of communication between Martin and myself and nothing was a problem for him. I would have no problem in recommending Martin to prospective vendors.
