Successful sale of my property in less than a week.
Patrick's intimate knowledge of the area in which I live enabled him to appreciate the true value of my property. He developed a well targeted on-line marketing package including professional photography that realised immediate potential buyer interest. Consequently my home sold within less than a week even under Covid19 restrictions. I found Patrick to be both frank and sincere in his dealings with me and as such I would highly recommend him to others seeking to sell their properties.

Genuine and down-to-earth
He's a pretty good guy, more casual and down to earth than your average real estate agent. He is straight-forward and makes things simple to understand. I much prefer his approach than those who come across as too fake. I would definitely buy through him again as I feel like he gives a more realistic insight into the properties I looked at, rather than pretending like every property is perfect for every buyer.
