Both Valerie and Paul were in agreement to have Laurie to take over the responsibility of requests, and as such Laurie was very approachable and always made it his policy to keep us well informed both in correspondence via email or as per phone calls. I recently bought a house in Moonah and Shaun was the vendors agent.Shaun was straight forward to deal with.He did what he said he would do and didn’t tell me any false promises.He said I could expect that much for rent and it would rent quickly and so it was. I think he’s a fair dinkum bloke

I had Shaun sell my house in Moonah 1 month ago, I found Shaun to be unbelievably Professional, courteous, reliable and most importantly honest. I’ve sold multiple homes in the last six years and dealing with Shaun was the best experience I’ve had doing it. Shaun advised me on three Significant things with my house which I was unaware of and I believe this advice is the reason why got such a good price for my house. He kept informed every time there was interest in the house. He kept me calm and focused on what we were trying to get out of the market. Which he achieved.
