From the moment we first set foot into what at that stage we didn't know was going to be our first home, we were welcomed by Martin with a professional and friendly attitude. Being FHBsI had always feared that when attending an open home any agent would be 'pushy' towards the sale of the property... this was definitely not the case with Martin, we were left to 'explore & enjoy' at our own pace with no pressure applied to oversell the property. Prior to leaving we bombarded Martin with numerous questions, all of which he was able to answer on the spot.. the few which he didn't have answers for were researched and answered a short time later. We were very impressed by just how knowledgeable Martin was of the Brighton area which also helped settle a few concerns we perhaps had. When the decision was made that 'WE WANT THIS HOUSE'... Martin, knowing that we were FHBs made the process incredibly easy, answering and explaining all questions we had with no problem at all.... specifically when it came to the contract/legalities of it all... What had always seemed really scary was made really easy! We could not recommend Martin more highly should you choose to buy (in our case) or sell your property.
