I tripped over Patrick Barry...what a good luck trip that turned out to be. I am from Queensland and had discovered Tasmania in the December of 2016. It is in my opinion Australia's best kept secret. What struck me most was the beauty of Tasmania as you fly in to Hobart you cannot but notice the pristine beauty of this little known island, well to me at least. I am a Barrister at Law and had been taken to Hobart on a legal matter. Once that was concluded I took a few days to discover the Hobart area. So impressed was I, i elected to buy significant land holdings for the purpose of speculative building and re sale. I did not know of any agents I could work with, so I called a few large franchise names. I found they were to busy to return my calls. I then tripped over 4one4 Real Estate. I was promptly spoken to, I found that Patrick Barry was keen, knowledgeable and polite. Good ingredients for gaining my trust.
