Due to the declining health of my mum and her emergency admittance into respite care with the view of her being admitted into permanent aged care if she was happy and agreeable, our family had very little time to get our heads around putting her unit on the market, advertising, selling, solicitors, contracts, banks, centrelink and aged care. We did not know any real estate companies or agents and we wanted someone we could trust. After a chance meeting, I phoned Aaron to see if he would assist us and point us in the right direct. From day one Aaron was friendly, open and honest about what we needed to do and what we could expect in the current market. Aaron was always very professional and explained everything, constantly giving us feedback on the progress of the sale of mum’s home and also regular updates on the progress of the buyers’ sale, as they had signed up subject to the sale of their own home. The entire process was seemingly smooth and effortless from my prospective; Aaron did all the work, and no doubt absorbed all the headaches regarding the sale and any hurdles or problems along the way. Although our business partnership was short (July 2024 to October 2024) I can, through my own experience, highly recommend Aaron as someone who would treat any prospective buyers or sellers with dignity, respect and above all honesty. I have no doubt that Aaron will do his very best to achieve the right outcome for his clients.

As a first home buyer, there have been some unforeseen circumstances that were out of Aaron’s control that at times left us concerned and disheartened under the first home owner scheme. However, throughout this process, Aaron has remained professional, showed empathy and regularly checked in with us with updates which was very reassuring. He has met and replied to us outside of work hours when we had questions, and has worked around our schedule for multiple different reasons. We found Aaron to be very friendly and patient.
