we recently had the pleasure of working with John McGregor from 4one4 Property Co. to purchase our property at 100 Mary's Hope Road, Rosetta. From the very beginning, John was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated to helping us find the perfect home. He guided us through the entire process with patience, answering all our questions and providing valuable insights. His expertise in the local market was evident, and he made what could have been a stressful experience much smoother and more enjoyable. I highly recommend John McGregor to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient real estate agent. Thank you, John, for all your hard work and dedication. We couldn't be happier with our new home! Regards, Jarnail Singh (Jimmy)

Shaun was the most hard working and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was always in contact a couple of times a week and gave great advice on his approach to selling our home. He would have people coming through our house duythe week and having open home's most weekends. Shaun exceeded our expectations on what price we wanted to get for our home . I would highly recommend Shaun for selling your property as he never stopped working on selling our home as ours was a challenge with the large amount of properties in our area for sale . Shaun you are a legend 👏

Marilyn was very efficient in every respect. Her local knowledge of the market, prices, sales history, properties comparable with ours - is outstanding. She kept us updated at all times. Not only that.... she sold our house within 2 days of it going on market. AND at a price $900 over the guide price. We will definitely ask Marilyn to list our house, next time we move.
