When we first thought about putting our house on the market we had John come around and give us a rough idea of how much he thought it would be worth even though we had work to be done on it to get it ready for sale.On that evening I was happy with his pricing of the property and I also got a good feeling about him as a person. I had never sold a property before and had a lot of questions about the process .At no stage did I feel that I couldn't ask questions because I wouldnt be judged.I also didn't sign up on that night with John as I had a few things still to do but he said any questions just ring and ask.over the next few weeks John was rung on a few occasions and we always got the answer we needed at the time.When my property was ready John came around and went through the house again and a sales plan was made.He also said he would like to bring some people from the office through incase someone off the street walked In and he wasn't available they would know a bit about the property to answer questions.I think about 14 people came out from the office to have a look.From there it was open homes and he had the house under contract in 8 days of going on the market for a great price.I could not expect any better service from someone selling my house.Im that happy with the service that when my mum is ready to sell in the near future I have told her to give John a call.Great bloke and a professional company.
