Martin has been a wealth of knowledge, support and professionalism in the sale of my mothers home.
I met with Martin to organise the sale of my mothers home in Barrett Street Glenorchy. We chose Martin to sell the home because over many years he had done many letter drops in the box and kept in contact with the family. Martin had met my late father to discuss real estate a few times and from there Martin kept that connection with the family going. On the day I met with Martin to discuss the sale/advertising Martin told me that he would always get back to me to follow up or respond to a message. He absolutely delivered on this and kept us completely informed through every stage of the sale/settlement process. This was a particularly emotional sale so Martin's support kept us all buoyant and upbeat about the prospects of achieving strong, reasonable offers for the home. The sale price exceeded our expectation and I think this was largely due to Martin's ability to engage with prospective buyers resulting in 9 offers after just one open home & booked visits. I thought is was lovely of Martin to come along to our garage sale as well, to me this demonstrates a strong passion for is role as an agent and that he genuinely wants to make a connection with both vendors and buyers along the journey.
