We found the leasing experience through @ap-realty to be fantastic. The process was really quick… roughly 48 hours from inspection to approval, with all governance checks completed efficiently. A short half hour meeting was organised to sign paperwork and take us through all the relevant details and requirements, which means we just need to pop in quickly on moving day to pick up the keys…. Everything else has already been taken care of. The staff are friendly and professional, and the office is well organised with effective processes in place to make renting through @ap-realty a positive and stress-free experience.
