In 2016 we relocated back to Sydney and engaged AP Realty to take over the Property Management of our now investment property. Since day one we have received nothing but exceptional service and support from AP Realty. Over the past 7 years we have had 3 different tenants. At all stages from the open house viewings, tenant applications, property condition reports, repairs and maintenance and tenant bond refunds we have always had clear communication both written and verbally. Our monthly and end of year income statements are easy to understand and have all relevant information attached. I genuinely feel that AP Reality has always acted as an advocate for not only us being the owners but making sure the tenants are also treated fairly. AP Realty quickly adapted their routine inspections and repairs and maintenance procedures when Covid 19 saw the introduction of social distancing and other restrictions. Communication was right on point at all stages of lockdowns and other changes that may effect us as owners. In February 2022 when the current lease ended with the support of AP Realty we made a number of changes to our property. As one could imagine doing this remotely was certainly a challenge and the timing of the QLD Floods made it even harder to lock in trades, however all of the Property Managers and the Leasing Team went above and beyond to support us, treating our property like it was their own. I know we have a contract agreement and pay a monthly management fee, however a lot of the support we have been given is in addition to our contract agreement or the standard management fee. I highly recommend considering AP Reality as your Property Managers.
