My wife and I were enjoying our rental property on acreage when we were advised that the property was sold. We still had 11 months on our rental contract but the purchasers wanted to move in on settlement. We were given 2 months to find a new rental property. After looking at several properties we fortunately met AP Realty at a scheduled inspection. The Agents new about the property and assisted me in a further inspection for my wife. We submitted our supplication and the next day received confirmation that we were successful and the house was our new home. The next day we received further correspondence requesting we attend the office and sign the rental agreement. We attended the lovely office and all was ready for us to sign. A pleasant experience indeed. How refreshing to find real people as property managers.

As a new landlord, I was apprehensive about the huge differences between agencies and if they would understand this was my home I was renting.
