For years we were with another agency who were brilliant and of course we thought all agencies would be like this. Unfortunately this was not the case when we went through another rental property from day one we had no support, wouldn’t even take our calls and the property we moved to had a couple of major issues. Finally the landlord decided to move agencies and we were handed over to ap-realty at Forestlake. Carolyn our Property Manager is damn brilliant from one day she has been more than helpful and so efficient in her responses to us. We have restored faith that there are good agencies out there .. thank goodness we have ours because there are still the “cowboys” out there. Thanks Carolyn we appreciate your work big time.

AP Realty Forest Lake have been outstanding with helping us find our new rental. Nothing was a drama for the staff, even when we wanted to view a house a second time. Lyn dropped everything and met us at the house straight away...............top service indeed! Chris is exceptional at her role and is super pleasant to deal with.
