We had a small alarm beep issue at the start, and Corrine handled it promptly and professionally. Key handover was very organised, and the inspection form provided online through a link was extremely convenient and user-friendly. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a gift hamper with the keys — such a lovely and thoughtful touch that I’ve never seen before. The property was handed over in neat and spotless condition, professionally cleaned, which really made a great first impression.
