This agency bought the rental roll of my previous property managers and I have been pleasantly surprised at the upgrade of service! They have helped me deal with a challenging tenant, anssisted with small renovations and kept me well informed as an interstate investor, I could not ask for better. Thanks team.

We had such a lovely experience working with 4one4. Every representative has been friendly, communicative, and incredibly easy to deal with throughout the whole rental process. The welcome cookies left for us in our new home were such a thoughtful touch and made us feel instantly welcomed. We’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and positive rental experience.

Demi has just listed my new property for lease recently. The process was very smooth, she was very responsive and efficient, helped with shortlisting tenants. New tenants were secured in a week, and we had everything ready before the property purchase settled. Demi is really easy to communicate with. Everything so far has been easy, the tenants will be moving in tomorrow. Thanks Demi!

Where to start? Demi has been the highlight of our first home together. Strong communication and timing with emails. She made it easy and so much less stressful than any other agencies we have dealt with. Do yourself a favour and go to Demi. 100% recommend her.
