The best Real Estate Agency you could wish for
We decided to hire 4one4 to look after our investment rental after reading their positive reviews online and we have not been disappointed. The support provided has been prompt and efficient from day one, they recommended several tradies we engaged to assist us with a small reno before putting the property up for rental and they all did a great job. We loved the service of providing AI furnishing of our house to give prospect tenants a better idea of how spaces could be utilised. 4one4 has also been very through with the applicants vetting process, doing an incredible work of credit check for our peace of mind. We have recommended them to all our friends looking to invest in Hobart because we truly believe their service is the best you can find.

Excellent and amazing
Janaya has been amazing as our property manager. She is knowledgeable, approachable and is an excellent communicator. She is quick to act on, and respond to issues at the property and has been very supportive in assisting us to manage maintenance issues. highly recommended!!!
