Both Emmy and Stephanie have gone out of their way to accommodate both Shaelee and I ensuring that we have a roof over our heads. Stephanie, our property manager is possibly the most honest reliable and genuine person in real estate I’ve ever met and our tenancy hasn’t even begun, this should speak volumes on her character. Emmy has been exceptional in all interactions with us. There were instances where she had to go and secure quotes from other vendors to get property work done. Emmy made sure that she got us comparison quotes and also the best price by negotiating with vendors. She has also been great at following up with Tenants and ensured that tenants and we were comfortable with the work being done.
