Having had a bad experience with a property manager in main land before we were careful in choosing a good one for our property in Tasmania. We were blown away by the quality & efficiency of the service provided by 4one4 from the start. Their systems are amazing and communication is so efficient. The property management team is very professional kind and efficient. As We moved to main land renting out our property in Tasmania 4one4 looked after everything for our property from cleaning, repairing, bins lawn mowing and even a tip run. So we didnt have to stress about anything during this transition. Their thorough check in finding a suitable tenant was exceptional. And the regular inspections, maintainence jobs are done very efficiently. We even dont feel that we have an investment property. Everything is very well looked after.
