I found a rental I fell in love with. The inspection was advertised promptly and the booking system to view the place went smoothly. I inspected the property and the agent was kind enough to have a chat with me and answer all my questions I had regarding the steps to take. I feel like all my questions were answered and I was lucky to be chosen for the rental. I am glad to be renting with 4one4 real estate as they are professional and the team really works together to make things run like clockwork.

Steph has been everything a landlord needs in renting our property. We moved the goal posts several times because we wanted to make additional renovations. Steph was able to be flexible, work with our builder and us to get the property back on the market. From the time the builder finished, the property had a new tenant in 4 days.
