Mostly a good experience
A couple of basic things has let me down, eg no pets are part of the contract but I saw in a photo from an inspection report there was a pet I then had to point this out, I pay for the agency to make sure Tenant complies to their contract the same as I have to as the owner. When a tenant moved out items were missing (broken and removed months before) with no communication through inspection reports that the items were damaged and need replacing.”

Do not communicate with landlord at all
I have found the communication from 4one4 to be very poor. Not being told the tenant had a dog (when the contract has a no pet clause) to having furniture disappear without any communication and generally having to fight and seek answers to questions. It feels like they either don't care or work for the tenant and not the landlord. Considering switching at this stage.

Pretty good
Pretty good so far been up and down with communication but things got sorted rather quickly. I just arrived in tassy and got house sorted on arrival which was great.

Very happy with the service
During the period of showings we were kept advised after each one. There was a bit of a delay after that before we got the applications for a decision. An email just keeping us updated would have been good. Overall very satisfied.
