We had been stuck in the cycle of putting in offers for property and just missing out for quite some time. Aaron presented us with an opportunity to view a property before it hit the market, and it was a perfect fit. He was extremely generous with his time and gave us all the peace of mind we needed to go ahead with the purchase. His communication and knowledge made it so easy for us to submit our offer and go through the purchasing process. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

John McGregor sold our property in about 8 days. John was in contact with us at all times, let us know how every inspection went and followed up with the purchasers after every inspection. The marketing was amazing, especially the walk through and even took photos with a drone. Achieved a great price in a short amount of time. Did a great job thanks John

Aaron did an excellent job! Very responsive, and flexable around insection times. Obviously his primary responsibility was to the seller, but as a buyer I still found him to be honest and helpful. Would certainly recommend.
