If you are interested in the best possible result then engage Patrick Berry and his team at 4one4 Real Estate Glenorchy. Patrick has sold various properties for us, we wouldn’t use anyone else. His advertising and presentation of our property was excellent, way above any real estate in Hobart. We were kept well informed at all times, and Patrick should be commended on his determination and his personable approach. I would not hesitate to engage Patrick Berry and his team for future property sales. Thank you again Team 4one4 !

I would have no problems recommending Shaun to any potential buyer / seller. His knowledge of the industry is excellent. Shaun also has great credibility and this is highlighted by his ability to be available at all times to communicate. This review comes from first time vendors. Denis and Gaylene certainly appreciated the smooth transition.

We bought the property from Shaun from Interstate (NSW) which could have made things difficult. However Shaun McGuire made the whole exercise easy from the start to finish. His reasonableness, honesty and approachability meant we could proceed in the knowledge that he was there to act for both parties for the common shared result. I have no hesitation in recommending Shaun and his team.

The entire process was easy with John. He supplied everything I needed to assist with my purchase via eBook information. On the day of handover he even sorted out all my keys - for every door and window! That's going the extra mile. He is a genuine bloke and always has a smile for you. Thanks John. Laurie Gray was found to be a well informed and enthusiastic agent. Although we were considering selling our property we had not approached any agent but were contacted by Laurie as he was canvasing our area looking for listings. From day one we were kept informed of proceedings on a regular basis and a sale at our price was achieved in a very short time.He continued to keep us up to date right though to settlement on the property.
Laurie Gray
Laurie has an easy going manner we found him helpful ,knowledgeable and ever willing to fulfil any request

I tripped over Patrick Barry...what a good luck trip that turned out to be. I am from Queensland and had discovered Tasmania in the December of 2016. It is in my opinion Australia's best kept secret. What struck me most was the beauty of Tasmania as you fly in to Hobart you cannot but notice the pristine beauty of this little known island, well to me at least. I am a Barrister at Law and had been taken to Hobart on a legal matter. Once that was concluded I took a few days to discover the Hobart area. So impressed was I, i elected to buy significant land holdings for the purpose of speculative building and re sale. I did not know of any agents I could work with, so I called a few large franchise names. I found they were to busy to return my calls. I then tripped over 4one4 Real Estate. I was promptly spoken to, I found that Patrick Barry was keen, knowledgeable and polite. Good ingredients for gaining my trust. I have since April 2017 been working with Patrick as Seller and Agent and I can well recommend Patrick and would feel you will get the same experience I received. I am an interstate seller, and feel I have an excellent assistant on the ground in Hobart with Patrick Barry, third generation local agent (Grandfather, Father and now Patrick) Sincerely Chris Garlick Esq

Belonging to a family run business, immediately the agent was personable and approachable. Not only friendly and easy to talk to but also efficient and extremely capable. I was given great advice and useful support on the purchase. Having met with a number of different agents, I was impressed straight away and this definitely had effect on my choosing to buy,
