We listed our vacant land with Carlos. We have used Carlos previously and it was a no brainer to use him again to sell our block. Carlos reached a record price for our block and this did not surprise us. He negotiated with numerous buyers and got us a price that was beyond our expectation. He always has our best interest at heart and his integrity is second to none. In a world of Real Estate agents that unfortunately do not always have their clients best interest at heart, and just after the "next sale" Carlos has proven he does not work this way. Chloe, Carlos Executive Assistant is incredibly organised and an asset to Carlos and Acton, she is in the background making sure every detail and sale is completed efficiently, effectively and professionally, together they are a team to be reckoned with.
