Carlos and Chloe are an amazing team. Carlos has a wealth of knowledge about the local property market. He came to our first meeting very well prepared and and we were very impressed with the marketing strategy he was able to present at that first encounter. Chloe was wonderful, and it was great to have her advice during the staging process. The team were brilliant during the actual viewing and sale stage. They kept us informed about every viewing and the feedback they’d received from potential buyers. The wonderful communication continued through the final sale price negotiation. Chloe was fantastic during the contract process and coached us through all the paperwork. Overall, the team were incredibly professional and I appreciated the fact that they were very approachable and supportive throughout the process.
