About Keaton

With a long family history in Real estate, it seemed like a natural progression to join the family business in 2009. Prior to this, I have had some pretty amazing experiences including moving away and doing voluntary missionary work for my church. It was great being able to focus all my time for 2 years to helping less fortunate people! I also had the opportunity to spend 18 months prior to this caring for my mum who was terminally ill, which was a very special time of my life and it taught me how important the family unit is! In 2012 I married my best friend which by chance I met her through doing real estate calls down streets (Crazy I know)!! We now make the best real estate team and love being able spend all our time together! In my spare time I love being outdoors and playing any sort of competitive sport. My other passions are surfing, golf and playing the Piano. I have recently worked hard and received my pilots license so now I spend as much time as I can flying the views of Bunbury I'm convinced I've got the best job on the planet being able to work with my family as well as my wife. I also get to meet so many different people and have made so many lifetime friends with people and clients I have met through Real Estate. I also thrive off the competiveness of this industry which runs naturally in my blood being the second youngest of 8 Kids I've always have to fight! I look forward to helping you on your journey!

About Lees

Nothing excites me more than watching my hometown move and grow with the times, and having been born and raised in Bunbury, I have been here through the good and the bad. Having worked in the real estate industry for 21 years now, I am confident I can help any client to achieve their individual real estate goals. I am a person who is always on the go and enjoy an array of extreme sports whilst away from my real estate profession, including motocross and wakeboarding, often accompanied by a member of my large family, or my wife of 20 years and our 4 children. I appreciate every real estate opportunity I may be lucky enough to receive and I look forward to working with all my past and future clients in the years ahead.

About Joel

About Joel... After a tour in the Airforce flying the Prime Minister, I decided it was time to come back to my roots! With a long family history in real estate, it seemed like a natural progression to join the family business in 2005. However, not long after, I went on a 6 year hiatus fulfilling my childhood dream of being an air force pilot in the RAAF. This took me to many parts of the world, including a posting in Canberra where I spent 2 years as a pilot for Prime Ministers; Julia Gillard and Kevin Rudd. As much as I have enjoyed my adventures, the pull of the South West was too strong. I have found myself back in my hometown of Bunbury, doing my best job yet - working with my family. And nothing gives me greater satisfaction than helping you on your own adventure. So whether it be settling down in the beautiful South West or moving on to the next chapter in your life, for assistance in any and all things property, please call me. Community Involvement... About us

We’ve been around this business long enough to know that if it wasn’t for our customers, we wouldn’t be in business. Therefore, for the past fourty years we’ve made it our number one priority to put people, you, first. That single important priority also just happened to make us the most popular real estate company in Western Australia. We look at it like this. Yes, we sell homes, but more importantly, we sell peoples’ homes. With them come dreams, tears, happiness, love, hopes and memories. So much more than just plain bricks and mortar. It’s this understanding and our dedicated approach to your property and personal wants and needs that set Barr and Standley clearly apart. Whether you’re selling your own home, looking to buy one, leasing, investing, searching for prime land development opportunities or anything at all to do with real estate, we can certainly help. If you haven’t yet enjoyed the Barr and Standley experience, do so soon. Put yourself in the picture.

Local Knowledge, Great Communication, and Exceeded Expectations

We entrusted Jacob Williams with the sale of our much-loved family home of 28 years, and he exceeded our expectations in every way. From the outset, Jacob was respectful, professional, and communicated exceptionally well throughout the entire process. His thorough knowledge of the local area, having grown up on the same street and successfully selling a number of properties in Stratham, gave us great confidence that he understood the market and would achieve a strong result. We felt reassured every step of the way and were confident he would secure the best possible price for our home. Jacob always listened to and respected our wishes, ensuring we felt comfortable and informed throughout the campaign. He struck the perfect balance of being professional and effective without ever coming across as pushy. Jacob handled the sale of our home with care, integrity, and professionalism, and his team members Tayla and Annalise made the paperwork process a breeze - always very helpful and organised! We would highly recommend Jacob and his team to anyone looking to sell their property. Thank you for making the process such a positive one and for achieving an outstanding result.
