Great guy to deal with, cuts to the chase and calls out the crap, the way I like. Had a no nonsense approach. He goes the extra mile, he pushed the contract through to finish with seller for me within the day even though he had plans to head off for the weekend. I liked his integrity to his wife and kids. Keaton put his family first but still went the extra mile for the deal to go through for me. He mentioned he had plans with his family so it may not all be able to get done. I appreciated him being upfront and not mucking around about it. The end result he still got the deal through. The sellers and myself were both being a bit arrogant and he just put us both in our boxes, I like that. As a result he just told us both to cut the B.S and came up with figure that was fair for both parties then made us agree and got the deal done. He is Definitely a rep worth doing business with. He was a straight shooter and direct. Didn't offer me any sales pitch just to the point. He was firm but fair. Will gladly do business with him again in the future.

Professional and also a gentleman. Treated me with respect and explained the process and answered all my questions when required. I will recommend Jacob to my friends and associates. I wish all real estate representative were of his standard, because I have had a bad experience with one particular chap. A very dodgy piece of work. Jacob is my pick if I need a agent again.

Lees was truly a great person to deal with. He is an absolute far cry from others I have dealt with in the past. The efficiency of Lees and his back up staff was tremendous and thanks. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Lees to anyone either buying or selling their property. Well done Lees :)

I have sold two rental properties though Lees and in both cases the properties were a bit "tired". Lees energetically and enthusiastically organised tradesman and paperwork to get tasks done quickly before settlement. He has good contacts and can get things done without fuss. Also he gives an honest and realistic assessment rather than telling you what you want to hear, which saves wasted time on the market.

I found Keaton to be prompt and pleasant in helping me find my new home, and was very happy with the service he provided.

It is my first time buying a property. Jay's associates were very clear in their dealings with me and guided me through the process with ease. They have been patient with my questions and quick in their response. This has been particularly important as I am based overseas.

The team at Jay Standleys were very accomodating and worked around times that suited me even when it wasn’t very convenient - Which I really appreciated! I got the house of my dreams (in my price range) and they helped me every step of the way. As a first home owner there was a lot I didn’t understand and I found Anrie most helpful! Thanks again to the team at Barr & Standley Real Estate.

First and foremost Shane is a gent. It has been a pleasure to deal with him from the beginning of this process. He has been very patient and more than accommodating, especially when it came to organising the second, third and my case fourth viewing! I never once felt under any pressure, as Shane was very understanding and appreciative of the difficult decision it is to make that next step and purchase a property. He was always prompt in returning texts/calls. Can't speak highly enough of the service provided by Shane.
