Jay was very thorough in explaining the current market, how he would approach the sale of our house, the need to paint throughout in a neutral colour and to declutter. We put in place everything that he suggested. The sale price was lower than our lowered hopes but we took the first reasonable offer instead of risking a long wait in the current circumstances. All in all a good outcome for us. The house was on the market for around 3 weeks.

Jay went over and above to help us sell our house in 2015. I had dealt with Jay previously with the sale of my parents home which had to be sold in unfortunate circumstances.
