Lees was very attentive from the start of the process. This episode was logistically quite challenging for us as a family - shift work, childcare, school, a 5 hour round trip. He made it as easy as he was able to for us, and was very accommodating with viewing times, extra information when asked, and the journey from initial inquiries to settlement, and beyond. I can only speak from our perspective, but I am sure the vendor would concur. Lees was very particular, even after the papers were signed off. The final inspection was comprehensive, detailed and thorough. Something as seemingly trivial as a blown light bulb was rectified, and we could tell on moving in that the house itself was immaculate. The extensive garden was admirably neat, and the carpets had been shampooed the morning of settlement. I know this speaks volumes of the previous owners, but their willingness to leave their home as they'd like to arrive can only reflect their positive relationship with Lees as well. I would recommend B&S Bunbury to any prospective vendors/buyers of quality real estate in the area.
