Jacob was excellent. Communication was so thorough and consistent. Even if there wasn't anything new to tell, we still received a phone call weekly ++ to keep us informed on everything that was happening. Was a great help when it came to marketing and the best way to promote the house, what type of advertising to do and what type or market our house would be aiming at. I recommend Jacob to anyone that I know that is selling, buying or considering either selling or buying. No hesitation, what so ever. Jacob is a very professional, easy going, kind and thorough man.
