I bought my second house from Garrod three years ago and after some exposure to other real estate agents in Bunbury it was clear that I wanted Garrod to represent me when I put this house on the market. He reacted positively to my suggestions and was willing to work with me as to my ideas in presenting the house. The overriding factor why I chose Garrod was his respectfulness to my inclusion in the process. I enjoyed his professionalism in both dress and communication and think he gets this balance just right with a friendly but business like approach with his customer.
