This is my honest review and how I felt during and after my experience with B&S. I never met Lees or any of the members of the sales team in person, everything was done over the phone or on line. I know this is the way things are done now but it felt a clinical. There were a couple of issues during the sale that I would have liked to talk to someone in person. I felt the buyer was not fully informed while signing the contract or during the sale process and invaded my tenants privacy. This was upsetting for the tenant and myself. Leah was very helpful and attentive and showed empathy towards my tenant and her delicate state. I feel for the commission we paid the personal touch was not there. Maybe if I had shopped the commission rate I might not have used B&S. Even when I dropped off the key, I was rung after to let me know there was a gift waiting for me at reception if I cared to call back in to pick it up, once again very cold and no personal contact. I might be old fashioned but I would have delivered the gift in person to say thank you. So would I recommend B&S no I’m afraid not. I would seek a smaller more personal realestate agent.
