i found jacob very knowlegable on the market and imformative he was very easy to work with i was very skeptical about selling my 5 houses but he has put me at ease and walked me through the whole process we sat down and worked out a stratergy which has come to fruition and i am actually enjoying the process i fond jacob and his staff very easy to work with and if i had any queries there was always someone to answer my questions i would highly recommend jacob to anyone who is selling their first house or their investment properties to contact jacob because his professionlism is second to none

Well as a seller of a few homes in my life I can say that dealing with Jay has been a real pleasure. We were made to feel like welcome guests and nothing would be too hard to accomplish. Either Jay or one of his staff would call with regular updates and enquiries as to our needs. I must admit I can be a little difficult at times and Jay managed this with great aplomb, and even managed to not make me feel guilty. So we are very pleased with the service and results we have, which especially included getting the price we wanted to the dollar. Yes we would not have a moments doubt in recommending Jay to anyone.
