I’m sure you’ve heard it before, but perseverance is the name of the game. I was despondent at the prospect of not being able to sell my house. Jay gave me positive information on the present market, confidence in a sale and never gave up. My home was eventually sold at the listed price, quickly went through settlement, and I was cashed up, ready to purchase a new house.

Would highly recommend Shane. He provided honest and accurate advice on the property value and helped us to overcome some problems with the sale and always acted in our best interests. Hes a good negotiator and certainly earned his fee.
