Murray Goodwin had been diligent in preparing and executing the sale of my semi rural property. He was very active in keeping me up to date on negotiations between buyers and myself the seller. He did the upmost on getting the best possible outcome for me and I was satisfied with the result. I highly recommend Murray to any Buyer or Seller and will certainly consider using Murray again for future business.

Murray did a great job selling our house. He got an offer within the first few days of it being on the market.

I was on the buying end of a transaction facilitated by Murray. Murray is a down to earth and genuinely nice person, and his office efficiently accommodated all my enquiries and requests. Murray facilitated the deal through helping me and the sellers reach a mutually agreeable price figure.

I was very pleased that Jay’s estimate of what we could expect to receive was quite a bit higher that what other agents had told us AND that he not only achieved a good price but secured the sale quite quickly.

Having sold property before with a real estate agent I was very much sceptical as it was not a good experience, Keaton has reinstated my faith back in the industry. I had a block of vacant land to sell in Bridgetown and was put in contact with Keaton, from the very first phone call I knew he would be the guy to get the job done. He was very friendly and energetic to help me reach my selling price goal. After the initial phone call my wife and I drove to Bunbury where we met Keaton at his office, he clearly articulated his selling strategies, his approach, shared his experiences and was upfront on the costings. We walked away fully confident we landed an excellent agent and had full trust in him and we were right, Keaton sold the block in less than 24 hours after it was advertised, and he got exactly my selling price goal when I thought it might be a stretch target. Very happy. His office staff were all a pleasure to deal with who kept me fully updated all the way throughout the process. I can’t thank Keaton enough and his team, I highly recommend anyone who needs real estate services to seek him out, you won’t regret it.

We are delighted with our purchase. Shane was always truthful and helpful to finding out the truth of our purchase. He liaised with the existing tenant and brought about an equitable resolution. Even though we had never seen the property we knew that Shane was not dressing the home up in any way. That was suitable as we were quite happy to be prepared to do up the property. Shane even came and helped us move a few items of furniture in to the house for us oldies.

Murray provided honest and accurate advice throughout the process and sold our home quickly and at a price we were very happy with. Dealing him was a pleasure and he made the otherwise draining process of selling a home that much more enjoyable. I would recommend his services to friends and family.

Joel was professional and ensured we knew everything about the property during the inspection. Joel's assistant Justine was very friendly and willing to help.
