Murray ensured the property was well presented. The offers then started to flow due to Murray’s profile as well as the top rate online presence. Congratulations to Murray and a special mention to the Barr and Standley team members, in particular Ash without whom the successful sale would not have been possible. If Murray and his team are available for your property sale I would highly recommend them.

Jacob’s extensive knowledge of the market , sales in the area and his data base of genuine buyers gave me complete confidence in his ability to not only sell my home in the first week but also get an excellent price for it. He is genuine guy who communicates well, is on the ball and is consistent. I am so grateful, he was the right man for the job and I would fully recommend him.
