I have been dealing with Jay for years - he is and has always been very professional as is his team. We are especially impressed wirh Anrie who handles everything from when the offer and acceptance has been finalised up until settlement. She is extremely thorough, very efficient and keeps you informed every step of the way. We have no hesitation recommending Barr & Standley.

Just think i got bit confused and did not remember signing the page with fees on as i am sure i would of challenged that if i seen. Asked for a reduction in fees but no chance as i think another agent done a fair bit of work with buyer before Jay listed
